LAN-Fax Job History

Displays jobs that used the LAN-Fax function and the job history.
New jobs appear at the beginning of the list. The jobs are older (previously submitted jobs) further down the list. Up to 70 jobs are displayed.
The job types are as follows:

LAN-Fax Transmission
Print
Document Server Storage

Note

When multiple operations are specified, only the status of the highest priority operation appears in [Status]. The order of priority is LAN-Fax transmission > Document server storage > Print.
For example, when LAN-Fax transmission and Print are specified, LAN-Fax status appears in [Status].
If an error occurs in the Document Server Storage process when Document Server Storage and Transmission or Document Server Storage, LAN-Fax Transmission, and Print are specified, an error description appears in [Status].
The following administrator and users can display LAN-Fax jobs:
- Machine Administrator
- Users connected to a device that is set not to perform user authentication
- Users logged on to a device that is set to perform user authentication
  Users must have normal fax operation rights.
  All information about the user's jobs is displayed but information about other users' jobs is hidden by question marks.

Page control buttons

Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.

Displays the first page.

Displays the previous page.

Displays the next page.

Displays the last page.

Display Items

Select the number of display items per page.

List of display items

The items displayed are as follows:

ID

Displays a unique number assigned to each job.

User ID

Displays the user who specified the job. If there is no information entered, [?] appears.

Status

Displays job status such as [Standby], [Transmitting], and [Complete].

Page(s)

Displays the number of pages in the job.

Started At

Displays the date and time the user submitted the job.

File No.

Displays the document number if the job includes the Transmission process.
