This page displays detailed job history. This page appears when you click (Details) button on the [Job History] page.

Displays the reservation number assigned to the job. The numbers may not be consecutive.

Function

Displays the function used to create the job.

User Name

Displays the name of the user who requested the job.

File Name

Displays the file name of the job.

Result

Displays the result of the job: [Successfully Complete], [Unsuccessfully Complete], or [Cancel Printing].

Original

Displays the number of pages in the job.

Quantity

Displays the number of copies printed.

Started At

Displays the date and time the print job started.

Printed At

Displays the date and time the print job ended.

User ID

Displays the identifier of the user who requested the job.

• The user ID appears only if the print job was sent from the printer driver.
