This page displays detailed information about a print job. This page appears when you click (Details) button on the [Current/Waiting Jobs] page.

Displays the reservation number assigned to the job. The numbers may not be consecutive.

Function

Displays the function used to create the job.

User Name

Displays the name of the user who requested the job.

File Name

Displays the file name of the job.

Status

Displays the status of the job: [Scanning], [Printing], [Suspending], [Error/Cancelling], or [Error].

Original

Displays the number of pages in the job.

Quantity

Displays the number of copies to be printed.

Time Required

Displays the amount of time required from start to end of print.

Reserved Date/Time

Displays the date and time the job was received.

User ID

Displays the identifier of the user who requested the job.

• The user ID appears only if the print job was sent from the printer driver.
