Printer Error Log

Displays the error log of completed print jobs.
New error log records appear at the beginning of the list. Older (earlier) errors are further down the list.

Note

When the power is turned off, all error log records are cleared.
When logged on as Machine Administrator, you can view all error log records.
For User, some error log records may be hidden.
Administrators other than Machine Administrator are prohibited from accessing the error log records.
If a [xxxx >>] link appears in the upper right of the page, you can click it to go to the related page.

Page control buttons

Click the buttons above the list to change the display page.
The total number of pages and current page number are displayed between and .

Displays the first page.

Displays the previous page.

Displays the next page.

Displays the last page.

Display Items

Select the number of display items per page.

List of display items

The items displayed are as follows:

ID

Displays a unique number assigned to each error. ID numbers may not be consecutive.

Click to display the [Detailed Error Log] page.

Name

Displays the name specified as the login name of the job sender.

User ID

Displays the identifier of the user who sent the job.

File Name

Displays the name of the document where the error occurred.

Created At

Displays the date and time the user sent the job.

Error Type

Displays the error type such as [Storing Failed], [The job was reset], and [An error has occurred].
