Contents of Auto e-mail notification

If any of the errors specified in [Auto Email Notification] occurs, the printer sends an e-mail with the following subject:

"Device Alert Notification: XXXXX (description of the error that has occurred)"

The body of the e-mail contains the error details and protocol setting information of the printer. Clear the error according to the description.

If any of the following errors occurs, contact your service representative.

The contents of the e-mail body vary depending on the machine setting and machine type.

When the error is cleared, the printer sends an e-mail with the following subject:

"Device Recovery Report: XXXXX (description of the error that has been cleared)"
