Punch

Open the document to print.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Select [Printer Features] from the pop-up menu.

Select [Paper] in [Feature Sets:].

The item names in [Feature Sets:] differ depending on the version of Mac OS X you are using.

Select the output tray to deliver the printed sheets from the [Destination:] pop-up menu.

Select [Finishing] in [Feature Sets:].

Select the punch position from the [Punch:] pop-up menu.

Print the original using the print function in the default application of the original.
