Wi-Fi Direct Settings

If the Wi-Fi Direct Settings are enabled, the Smart Operation Panel can be used as a DHCP server. When the client on a network starts, the information such as an IP address that is required for network connection is assigned automatically.

In order to enable this function, it is necessary to configure all the following items.

Default: [OFF]

• Device name (ESSID)

  Enter the network name to identify the network (ESSID).

• Login Password (WPA/WPA2 PSK)

  Enter the password for connecting to a network.

• DHCP IP Address

  Enter the IP address of the Smart Operation Panel.

• DHCP IP Address Range

  Enter the range of the IP address assigned to the client. The IP address assigned to the client is effective for one hour.
